摘要
对某住宅楼的裂缝作了全面地分析，并针对事故的原因采取了新的加固处理措施。经过３年的观察和验证，建筑物稳定，效果良好。
The crevices in certain dwelling building are analysed, and the reinforce-ment measures are illustrated. The consolidation achieve complete successes. In past three years the crevices have not expanded continuously.
