县城规划理论探讨之七──水资源规划

On the Planning Theory of County Town Water Resource

根据县城水资源利用现状特点，提出县城水资源规划应遵循以地表水为主要水源、多目标、污水资源化、生活用水优先供给的原则，并对额定分配、双轨系统、多水道系统等方法进行了探讨。

According to the features of county water resource, it put forward thatplanning county water resource should flollow these principles: keeping the surface wateras the main water resource, making much targets, resourcelizing wastewater, prior rightto drinking water. At the same time, the restricted total, the doubled-track system, muchwater courses planning methods are discussed.
