Starting from opportunities and market characteristics (market dynamic andtwo poles characteristics) brought by socialist market economy being established for biginland cities, histories and present situations of banks, enterprises and universities in Xi'anare concretely analyzed. Cooperative modes and operative mechanisms among banks,enterprises and universities in respect to input forms,cooperative basis and methods etc. are initially explored and a cooperative mode integrating banks, enterprises and universities intoa risky investment entity is put forward.
