化学破乳──混凝两步法处理高浓度乳化废水的研究

摘要 高浓度乳化废水处理是目前炼油化工中的难题。用XG908系列复合高分子药剂,采取先破乳,后混凝的处理工艺路线,在实验室实验的基础上,进行了工业性实验,获得了满意的效果。与其它处理方法相比,该处理工艺具有技术先进,CODcr、乳化油、浊度等去除率高,处理效果可靠,处理费用合理等优点。处理过的废水再进入“老三套”,进一步处理后排放或回用。 Treating emulsified wastewater of high concentration is a difficult problemin petrochemical industry at present. On the basis of the experiment in laboratory, breakingemulsion first and coagulating second with XG908 series of chemical drugs of mixed highmolecules are used. Industrial experiments are done and satisfactory results are obtained.The process for wastewater treatment has such advantages as advanced techniques, highefficiency of removing CODcr, emulsified oil and turbidity, raliable efficiency, economicalcosts et al., Treated wastewater is flowed again into conventional treating system inpetrochemical industry and is dischanged or/and is used again after further treatments.
