关于林业企业试行股份制的探讨

A Discussion on stock system in Forest Enterprises

分析总结了我国集体林业企业，国营林业企业实行股份制的做法，分别提出集体林业企业实行“股份制加承包制”，国营林业企业实行划小核算单位，进行股份制组合，形成企业集团的具体模式。

Based on analyses of the institution of stock system in collective forest enterprises and state forest enterprises, the models corresponding to both above-mentioned enterprises were put forward: Combination of stock system with contract system for collecfive forest enterprises and establishment of enterprises into small calculation units in the first place and then uniting these vnits through putting stock system into practice.
