摘要
选定角质层厚,栅栏组织/海绵组织,表面积/体积,细胞密集度等10项旱性结构的主要指标对2个新培育的泡桐无性系及4个对照泡桐无性系(种)叶进行了观察测定,并对其中的7个定量指标作了单因素方差分析和多重比较。结果表明,6个无性系(种)叶抗旱性从大到小排列顺序依次为;8411—10>陕桐1号>陕桐2号>8411—2>兰考泡桐>豫杂1号。
Drought resistance of the blades of 2 new cultivating and 4 control paulownia hybrid clones was studied by observing 10 xeromorphic indexes including cuticular thickness,ratio of palisade tissue to mesophyll one,of superficial area to volume,extent of the cell concentration,etc.,of which 7 quantitative indexes were treated with the single factor variance analysis and multiple comparison.The results shows that the order of their drought resistances from strong to weak was 8411-10(Paulownia tomentosa×P.fortunei),Shaantong No.1(P.tomentosa×P.fortunei),Shaantong No.2 (P. tomentost×P.fortunei),8411-2(P.tomentose×P.fortunei),P.elongata,Yuza No.1(P.tomentose×P.fortunei).
