斑节对虾全人工繁殖的研究

摘要 1983——1985年,我们以野生的性腺尚未发育的斑节对虾为材料,在夏门水产学院养殖试验场室外水泥池,进行了越冬与培育的生态实验。采用切除单侧眼柄的方法,诱导性腺成熟、产卵。进行了人工孵化和幼体培育,并在水泥池中,将子一代培育为亲代,于1985年获得子二代。本文介绍了上述各个阶段试验的主要条件和方法,得出如下几点结论:1、水温控制在20℃左右时,斑节对虾的越冬成活率达80%以上。2、在水泥池饲养条件下,用不到一年的时间,可以把子一代培育为产卵的亲虾。当雌雄性比略大于2:1时,其交配受精率和幼体成活率与经越冬饲养的野生亲虾相似。3、采用切除雌虾单侧眼柄,配合适当生态条件,可以诱导性腺成熟。 A Series of ecological experiments on the rearing and overwintering of wid Penaeus monodon Fabricius with undeveloped genital gland were made in the outdoor cemeat, ponds during 1983-1985. Female prawns were induced to be mature in genital gland and then spawn by ablating their unilateral eyestalks.After artificial hatching and culture, the first filial generation grew into parents, which subsequently produced the second in the ponds in 1985。 This article mainly deals with the methods used in different stages of the experiments and reaches the fallowing conclusions: 1.The survival rate of the overwintering prawns is over 80% when water temperature is controlled at about 20℃. 2.It is possible for the first filial generation to grow into spawners within one year,and the impregnation rate and larvae survival rate are similar to those of wild and overwintering prawns when the ratio between female and male is over 2:1. 3. The females can be induced to be mature through unilateral eyestalk ablation under suitable conditions.
