本文报导了斑节对虾亲虾越冬和培育的有关生态条件。亲虾越冬时的水温应维持在20℃左右，在这种条件下存活率达80%以上。通过切除亲虾单侧眼柄性腺可以诱导成熟。手术亲虾的存活率达89．6%，成活率达41.3％．
In this Paper, the enviromental condition for the overwintering and maturation of Penaeus monodon are reported. The temperature should be controlled at about 20℃ during the period of overwintering and a survival-rate of 80% or more may be reached. The spawners are induced to be mature by abcating unilateral eyestalk, the survival rate and maturity are up to 89.6% and 41,3%, respectively.
