摘要 水污染对鱼类性腺和胚胎发育的影响,是当前作为生物学监测水污染的一项标志,也是为保护渔业资源及台理制订渔业用水指标而提供依据。 Experimental effects of industrial wastes, pesticide wastes, dyeing wastesand their six toxicants, Dipterex. Malathion. Methyl parathion. P. C. P. Phenoland Ammonia on silver carp, common carp and grass carp and effects of acutetoxicity on gonads and embryonic developments of these fishes were carriedout. Livers were also examined histopathologically. Fish were not fed during test period. FAO bioassay procedures were usedfor determining TLm values. The experimental results for TLm values of sivlver carp were summarizedin table 1. Histological examination of liver indicated that after treated with Phenolof 1.0 to 5.0mg/L or CCl_4 of 0.3~5.0ml/kg at a dosage the aberration of anumber of vacuoles, enlargement of nuclei, contraction and aberration of nucle-ar manbranes of some cells were observed. According to our studies, we considered that toxicity of the pesticide wastewas stronger than that of printing and dyeing wastes, others were arranged asfollows: P. C. P.>Methyl parathion>Ammonia>Malathion>Phenol>Dipterex.
