再论我国林分价值量的评价

Reapprasisal on the Value of Forest in China

根据区域林价的原理和“霍德林定律”,在典型调查和计算的基础上,计算了浙江省林分的价值量;依据其它各省、市、区的林分蓄积量和不同的CSPI指标调整系数,计算了其不同年度林分和林种的价值量。结果表明,按1992年价格计算的全国林分价值量为11466.5亿元。

According to the principle of area price of forest and 'Hedelin' rule, the value of forest in Jiangxi province was calculated based on a typical survey sampling and computing and the value of different forest categories each province in China in 1990 and 1992 with the growing stock and CSPI's indexes of each area. The result calculated shows that the magnitude of value of Chinese forest is 1146. 65 billion yuan in 1992.
