对高校科研职务评定考核问题进行了研究，设计、制订一套完整的指标体系和考评标准，建立一种定性定量相结合的考评办法，实践结果，成效显著。

This paper exams the problms in occupational promotion of scientific re-searchers in the institution of higher learning ,and also a complete set of the index sys-tem and examination and evaluation criteria is designed and worked out therdby to es-tablish an evaluation and examination method combining qualification with quantifica-tion. The results are proved to be practically feasable.
