摘要
鳞芽分化期乙烯利处理,对苍山蒜植株延伸生长有显著抑制作用,对内层型二次生长(SGi)有显著促进作用,对外层型二次生长(SGo)及蒜头产量无显著影响,但使蒜薹产量降低,浓度越大,效应越强。注射法与喷施法效果无显著差异,但注射法适应浓度更低。乙烯利处理使叶片气孔密度、光合强度及植株内源乙烯释放强度增大,呼吸强度有降低趋势,对过氧化物酶(POD)活性变化也有影响。
The testing results showed that etheral treatment at the clove differenti-ating stage inhibited the elongation growth of garlic plants and improved the secondarygrowth of inner-layer type(SGi) significantly but bad no significant effect upon the sec-ondary growth of outer-layer type (SGo)and the bulb yields. Scape yields were loweredby etheral treatment. The higher the etheral concentration was, the stronger the effectswere. Also ,there were no differences in essence between the effects of injecting methodwas suitable for lower concentration of etheral. The stoma density on leaf blade,the pho-tosynthesis intensity and the releasing intensity of endogenous ethylene in plants in-creased but there was a decreasing trend in respiration intensity for the etheral treatingplants. The change in the peroxdase activity was also influenced.
