结球白菜细胞质雄性不育系花药和花粉的发育 被引量:19

摘要 对具有Polcms(B.napusL.)结球白菜(B.campestrisL.ssp.pekinensis(Lour.)olsson.var.cephalataTsenetLee.)雄性不育系CMS_(3411-7)花药和花粉发育细胞学研究表明:(CMS_(3411-7)花药发育受阻于孢原细胞阶段,不形成花药室;通过时末花期微量花粉的电镜观察,肯定了该系统的可利用性。 The cytological studies of the development of anther and pollen ofCMS_(3411-7) (B. campestis L. ssp.pekinensis(Lour.)olsson var.cephalata Tsen et Lee.)derived from transferring Polcms(B. napus L.)into Chinese cabbage indicated that theanther development of CMS_(3411-7) was blocked without anther cell formed at the stage ofarchesporial cell.Also,the scanning and transmission observation of the few pcllons atthe end of flowering stage confirmed the availability of this male sterile line system.
