摘要
作者采用连续法测量了Y-Ba-Cu-氧化物块状材料在80-120K温区内的比热,在转变温度92.7K附近观察到明显的比热反常现象。比热跃迁△c与转变温度T_c的比值△c/T_c为:40mJ/mol·K^2,比热跃迁△o与比热c的比值△c/c为3%左右。上述测量结果与国外同行的研究成果基本一致。
The author measured the specific heat of Y-Ba-Cu-Oxide with the conti-nuous method at temperature range 80-120 K. A clear anomalous phenomenon of specific heat has beeh observed near transition temperature 92. 7 K. The ratio o/Tc of the specific-heat transition c to the transition temperature Tc is 40 mJ/mol·K^2. The ratio c/c of the specific-heat transition c to the specific heat c is about 3%. These results are in consistent with experimental results obtained by other work.
