摘要
微波能对水产品作用的机理研究。微波是一种超高频振荡的电磁波，其频率高达300MHz-300千MHz。在允许的工业频率中，目前一般取用915MHz和2450MHz两个工作频率。
In the regards of acting mechanism, functional characteristics, caculation methods and system structure etc., this paper discussed detailly the appli cation potential of microwave energy in fish processing and preservation.
