导管螺旋桨问世至今,已得到了广泛的推广和应用,由于其最显著的特点是在重载时具有较高的效率,因而在渔业生产中特别适宜于拖网渔船。拖网渔船上采用导管桨后,在各种工况下主机都能比较充分地发挥其功率。拖网时与普通桨相比,拖力可提高30-40%左右,原因是导管桨盘面处水流速度随船速变化的影响远比普通桨小。
Since its development, ducted propeller has been widly used. Because it features higher efficiency under heavy load, ducted propeller is especially suitable for trawler. A series of model test of simple-structured shroud were conducted, with the length/diametre and contracting ratios of the models varied in a given range around those of JD7704 real propeller shroud. Based on the analysis of the test results, the effect of basic shroud parameters on the ducted propeller performance was studied in this paper, which might be used as a reference for designers to determine shroud parameters.
