摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳对广赤眼蜂Trichogrammaevanescens,螟黄赤眼蜂T.chilonis和松毛虫赤眼蜂T.dendrolimi共11个群体进行了酯酶同工酶的比较研究,结果表明,3种赤眼蜂的酯酶共显示9条电泳酶带,松毛虫赤眼蜂有5条带,螟黄赤眼蜂有6~8条带,广赤眼蜂有6~7条带。从酯酶电泳酶谱上可以将这3种赤眼蜂区分开。同时广赤眼蜂和螟黄赤眼蜂各群体间也有一些差异,可作为赤眼蜂种间或种内群体的鉴别依据。
The esterase isoenzymes in 11 populations of Trichogramma evanescens,T. chilonis andT. dendrolimi were analysed by using vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The resultshave sbowed that 5 bands for T.dendrolimi,6~8 bands forT.chilonis,6~7bands for T.evanescens,These wasps can clearly be separated by esterase zymograms in different popula-tions of T.evanescens and T. chilonis as well.The esterase zymograms can be used for distin-guishing interspecific and intraspecific Trichogramma.
