南郑县黄连根茎干物质积累及小檗碱含量的变化规律

STUDIES ON THE RULE OF NET SUBSTANCE ACCUMULATION AND THE BERBERINE CONTENT VARIATIONS IN THE RHIZOMES OF COPTIS CHINENSIS FRANCH.AT DISTINCT GROWTH PERIODS IN THE LOW ELEVATION AREA

对陕西省南郑县海拔６００ｍ和１１００ｍ处味连的根茎重量及小檗碱的含量测定结果，根茎重量和小檗碱含量均随植物生长年龄、月份、生育阶段而变化。３～５年生为根茎重量和小檗碱含量大幅度提高时期，到第６年开始，提高速度缓慢下降。在一年中根茎重量和小檗碱含量的变化随季节和生育时期的不同有较大的起伏，每年的３月和花期根茎重量最轻，小檗碱含量最少，７月和夏季休眠期根茎重量和小檗碱含量均达最高峰。

The variations of the weight and berberine content in the rhizomes of Coptis chinensis Franch. Var. shihchuanensis Wang with an elevation of 600～11 00 metres at distinct growth periods were determined.It was shown that both the weight and berberine content of the rhizome changed along with the plants growing at different ages,times and periods. When the plants grow 3～5 years old,the weight and berberine content had greatly in-creased.n the following year,they increased slowly.Every year,they changed according to the seasons and growth periods;minimum in March as well as the flower periods,maximum in July and the summer rest petiods.
