摘要
本系列研究采用计算机技术、体外发酵法及饲养试验法,研制出科威418。体外试验表明,以豆饼、尿素或科威418作为唯一氨素饲料时,风干物消化率依次为54.97%、61.44%及64.91%;培养液中真蛋白浓度依次为38.6、29.8及35.4mg/100ml,科威418组的风干物消化率比豆饼组高18.1%(P<0.01),比尿素组高5.6%(P<0.05);科威418组培养液中真蛋白浓度与豆饼组相似(P>0.05),比尿素组高18.8%(P<0.01)。
Based on the theory of systemical regulation and supplemention for ruminants , the present studyhad developed a newkind of special food-saving feed (named Kewei-418)by the methods of computertechnique ,in vitro fermentation and feeding trial experiments. When soybean meal , urea or Kewei-418 was the sole nitrogen feed in each medium(all of the media had the same crude protein content,13.5%),the air-dry matter digestibility of each medium was 59 644%and 64.91%,thetrue protein content in each culture liquid was 38.6, 29.8 and 35. 4 mg/100ml, respectively ,theseresults showed that the air-dry matter digestibility of Kewei-418 group increased 18.1%(P<0.01)and 5.6%(P<0.05)against soybean meal and urea group,respectively, and when soybean meal wasreplaced by Kewei-418 ,true protein content in the fermentation liquid was the same(P>0.05),andtrue protein content in the fermentation liquid of Kewei-418 group was 18.8%(P<0.01)higherthan that of urea group.
