摘要
研究结果表明,玉米秸秆和苜蓿各腐解期土壤胡敏酸红外光谱均具有一般胡敏酸的光谱特征;其光谱变化特征可反映胡敏酸的形成、“熟化”进程;腐解6~9个月期间是胡敏酸芳构化、缩合和甲基分解等反应的活跃期,腐解9个月后的胡敏酸已达到较高的芳构度和缩合度。不同腐解期腐解物的红外光谱可反映物料的腐解进程,1720cm ̄(-1)和870cm ̄(-1)吸收带可作为表征两种物料腐解进程的指标。腐解物组分对红外光谱影响的研究证实了木质素未直接参与腐殖质形成过程。
The infrared spectra of soil humic acids and decomposition of corn strawor alblfa in various decomposition periods have been recorded. These spectra characteristic and effects of various components on infrared spectra in Decaying substance have been discussed. Results obtained showed that the humic acids and Decaying substance from corn straw or alfalfa in various Decaying periods with generially humic acids have somewhat similar spectra. Systematic changes in the intensities andposition of some absorption bands which can reflect the forming and“maturing”process of the humic acids. The reaction of aromatization ,condensation and methyl decomposition is very active in humic acids while decaying 6~9months.After decaying 9 months ,the humic acids have been come to a higher extent of aromatization and condensation.The infrared spectra of Decaying subetance in various Decaying periods can reflect the Deeaying process of plant materials. The 1 7 2 0 cm ̄(-1) or 870 cm ̄(-1) band can be used to describe the characteristic of the Decaying process of corn straw or alfalfa.The infrared spectra analysis verified that the soil humic subatances are not directly from ligni.
