接收机是声纳设备的主要组成部分。它要对微弱的回声信号进行滤波、放大和其它必要的处理，经处理的信号供声纳的终端设备予以指示或记录。因此，接收机的性能指标直接影响整个声纳系统的性能和作用距离。在众多的接收机性能指标中，TVG(时变增益)控制的特性是至关重要的指标之一。目前国内外都十分重视声纳接收机TVG控制特性的研究、开发，即改善TVG控制的精度，
Along with the development of electronic technology the IC digital devices have been widely used in the fish detecting instruments.It may be more difficult as well as iuteresting yet te improve the performence of a sonar reciever and realize the automatic compensation for signal strength so as to give the amplitude of one size to the signal regardless of its depth or range through TVG amplifier. In the past the TVG amplifiers used to be an analogue system,they were hard to be set up and to be made stable against the time and temperature.But now they are being replaced with the system which is controlled digitally. In this paper the detailed describtion of the design of the TVG amplifier is given.
