Development of Self-learning Test Management Information System

简要介绍了自学考试考务考籍管理信息系统（简称自考ＭＩＳ）的功能和特点；着重论述了该系统的设计思想、实现方法．运用系统字典技术和通用数据编辑程序设计方法，合理定义应用系统软件与库文件之间的接口模式和减少系统冗余．

In this paper,the function and features of Self-learning Test Managemcnt Information Sys-tem(for shorted STMIS) are briefly introduced. The design principle and implemeting method are em-phatically discussed, Utilizing skill of system dictionary and the designing method of general data edittingprogram , the paper discussed how to define reasonably the port medel between applied System softwareand data base files and to decrease redundant system.
