50例卵巢恶性肿瘤B型超声诊断

Diagnosis of 50 Cases of Malignant Ovarian Neoplasms by B-Mode Ultrasonography

本文分析50例卵巢恶性肿瘤的B型超声图象特点:肿块外形多不规则,包膜较厚不光滑,内部回声不均匀。约1/3病例出现腹水。超声物理性质:囊性占优势者5例,实质性13例,混合性32例。50例均与病检结果对照观察,物理性质符合率为90.0%,良、恶性符合率86.0%。

This paper analysed the characteristics of B-mode ultrasonography in 50 cases of malignant ovarian neoplasms. The tumor was irregular in shape and its membrane was thick and uneven. The inner echo was inhomogeneous. One third of the cases were complicated by ascites. Of the 50 cases, 5 showed a cystic pattern, 13 a solid pattern and 32 a mixed pattern. All the cases were compared with pathological findings. The accurate rate of physical nature of tumor was 90%, while that of benign or malignant tumor was 86%.
