超声图象微机处理对胃肠疾病诊断的价值

Computer Processing of Ultrasonogram in Diagnosis of Gastro-Intestinal Diseases

本文报告了87例胃肠病患者和91例正常人超声图象微机处理的诊断结果。结果表明超声图象微机处理后可以提高诊断的准确率,除2例十二指肠球部炎漏诊外,其余全部符合,符合率达97.7%。处理后的图象清楚显示胃十二指肠炎、消化性溃疡及胃癌等不易被B超发现的病变。2例胃壁增厚性胃癌,1例胃肠吻合口胃癌,胃镜、胃肠钡餐检查时漏诊,后经超声检查发现。利用微机处理超声图象,可以改善超声图象,提高小病变的发现率。

This paper reported 87 cases of gastro-intestinal diseases by computer processing of Ultrasonogram with 91 normal persons serving as controls. We are of the opinion that the method of computer process can increase the diagnostic accuracy rate and clearly display the image of gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric cancer, which can not be easily detected by B-mode ultrasound. 2 cases of gastric tumor with thick wall and 1 case of gastroentero-stomatic cancer have been detected by ultrasonography, which had been missed out by gastroscopy and radiology. From the above we are led to conclude that using computer process, the Ultrasonogram can be improved and the small change in pathomorphology detected.
