摘要
感染曼氏血吸虫正常尾蚴的小鼠,其血清抗体能识别分子量为96.2、66.5,45.6、31.7、20.8ku(97、67、46、32、21kd)的童虫抗原;接种48kRX线照射致弱的曼氏血吸虫尾蚴的小鼠,其血清抗体除能识别上述分子量的童虫抗原外,还能识别分子量为111.1和51.6ku(112和52kd)的童虫抗原。本试验结果提示小鼠对放射致弱尾蚴和正常尾蚴的免疫反应有所不同。
Antigens of Schistosoma mansoni schistosomula with molecular weights of 97, 67, 46, 32 and 21 kd could be recognized by sera from mice infected with normal cercariae of S.mensoni. Sera from mice vaccinated with 48kR irradiated cer-cariae of S. mansoni could recognize 112 and 52 kd antigens of S. mansoni schistosomula in addition to the above-mentioned antigens. These results suggest that the immune response to radiation-attenuated cercariae may be different from that to normal cercariae.
