盐水丰年虫幼体和幼小成体对Co^(60)γ射线的敏感性

摘要 本实验初步分析了盐水丰年虫幼体发育的三个不同时期——前期无节幼体、后期无节幼体和幼小成体对Co^(60)γ射线的敏感性,初步测定了γ射线的半致死剂量。 从实验材料的分析,可以得出以下几点初步结论: (1)受Co^(60)γ射线照射后,无节幼体和幼小成体的致死情况和致死过程彼此有许多相似的地方。如:照射后不少个体失去了趋光的能力;Co^(60)γ射线照射后均没有立即引起个体死亡等。 (2)后期无节幼体和幼小成体,受Co^(60)γ射线30万伦照射没有立即发生死亡。 (3)受较大剂量照射的幼小成体,在死亡前许多个体消化道内有透明的、念珠状的小泡出现。 (4)盐水丰年虫前期无节幼体LD_(504)天约等于10,000伦,后期无节幼体LD_(50/5)天约等于60,000伦,幼小成体LD_(50/7)天约大于60,000伦。 (5)盐水丰年虫幼体的三个不同发育阶段,对Co^(60)γ射线的敏感性是越年幼的幻体对射线越敏感。 Two phases of nauplius larvae and young adults of Artemia were used to observe their sensitivity to Co60γ rays. The following prelim-inary results were recorded:(1) Immediate death did not occur after irradiation even at such higher doses as 210, 000 r and 300, 000 r on later nauplius larvae and young adults. Death happened in the second day after irradiation, though loss of phototropism appeared a little earlier .(2) The earlier developmental stages showed greater sensitivity than the later ones.(3) It was estimated that LD50/4 days was 10,000 r for early nauplius larvae, LD50/5days 60,000 r for later nauplius larva, and LD50/7days 60,000 r for young adults .
