摘要

The present paper deals with the species of the Order Conchostraca living in fresh water pools, ponds or paddy fields over China Sixteen species belonging to five families, eight genera are recorded here, of which five species are discovered recently by the author, and one species is new to science named Cyzicus Sinensis which belongs to the family Cyzicidae Stebbing, 1910. A table is given to compare the main morphological characteristics of cyZicus sinensis Hu, 1988 sp. nov with that of C. nepalensis Ueno 1967.
