摘要
利用子宫模型测量和比较了4种宫内节育器的保留力。结果表明,铜375-多负载型节育器、硅V环、铜220c-T型节育器和不锈钢环的最大保留力分别为221.3±47.3、205.7±31.5、149.2±26.9和89.6±9.7g(X±SD),除铜375-多负载型节育器和硅V环之间的比较外,其他宫内节育器间的最大保留力具有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。本文认为,提高宫内节育器保留力可成为降低脱环率的途径之一。
Retention forces of 4 types of IUDs were mearsured and compared using an uterine model. The results showed that the maximum retention forces in ML Cu375, silicon-V device, TCu220c and stainless steel ring were 221.3±47.3, 205±31.5, 149.2±26.9 and 89.6±9.7g, respectively (X±SD). With the exception of the comparison between ML Cu375 and silicon-V, differences in retention forces between other IUDs mentioned were highly significant (P<0.01). It is suggested that increase in retention force might be one of the approaches in reducing the expulsion rate of IUDs.
