Studies on the Sorbic Acid to Pre(?)ent Dried Fishery Products from Mould Development

A study on the effect of sorbic acid to prevent dried fishery products from mould development is given in this paper. The main contents include 1) the effect of mould control； 2) the observation on the residue of sorbic acid in the fishery products；3) the influence of adding sorbic acid on the color,odor, taste and quality of the products.
