摘要
锯缘青蟹Scylla serrata(Forskal)是长江口以南值得推荐的一种优良的养殖品种。它具有食性杂、易养殖、生长快、营养丰富、肉味鲜美等优点，素为我国人民所爱好的食用蟹，又是重要的出口水产品之一。
