摘要
应用日本理音RS30型声阻抗仪对拉萨地区(海拔3658m),那曲地区(海拔4507m)正常106人(212耳)进行声阻抗测试,以求获得我区正常人的声阻抗值。对测试结果进行了分析,两地与两族间进行了比较,两地静态声顺值属正常范围,鼓室导抗图峰压位置99.53%。在±50mmH2O内;鼓室导抗图绝大部分为A型,两地两族间无显著差异。镫骨肌声反射阈,同侧与对侧肌反射阈值两地接近,两族间亦无显著差异。
Impedance audiometry were measured by Ricon Rs30 meter in 39 normal subjects in Lhasa(3, 658m above sea level) and 67 normal subjects in Naqu (4, 507mabove sea level).The results show that static impedance values were in normal range, 99. 53% tympanometric peak pressure between-50 and +50mm H2O, and type A tympanogram in majority of subjects. There are no statistically sigificant difference between regions and tribes;Threshold value for ipsilateral and contralateral acoustic reflex is similar, also no significant difference is shown between regions and tribes. All results of acoustic reflex and threshold were in the normal range. This study shows that anoxia can not affect on auditory function.
