孕期绒毛、血、头发等组织中六种微量元素的测定及其意义

摘要 本文测定了408例正常未孕及妊娠各期妇女,74例有异常分娩史的孕产妇血清,头发及绒毛或羊水或/和脐血中的6种元素。结果发现:①正常孕期血清锌、锰随孕周增长而下降,血铜增加;发锌,发铜下降。②有异常儿分娩史者血清锌、铜、锰含量明显低于正常组;反复流产史者血铜值明显低于正常组。通过对正常曲线的测定以发现异常者及对异常病例进行诊断和治疗。 This paper reported on the concentrations of 6 trace elements. Zn,Fe, Mn, Cd, Se and Cu in maternal serum and hair, chorinic villi, amniotic fluid and/or cord serum. From Dec. 1985 to Dec. 1986, a cross-sectional population of 408 normal and 74 abnormal pregnancies were studied. The results showed that.① the concentrations of Zn, Mn in serum were decreased in normal pregnancy while that of Cu was increased and those of Zn, Cu in hair decreased, and ② the levels of Zn, Cu, Mn in maternal serum of having had fetal malformation were lower than those in normal pregnancy and the level of Cu in habitual abortion was lower than that in normal. It is hoped that these will be helpful for finding, diagnosing and treating the abnormality.
