摘要
本文运用电子显微镜分析技术等手段研究了两种马氏体时效不锈钢的组织和性能,着重讨论其强化机理。结果表明,弥散强化效应最为显著,位错密度对钢的强度有重大影响,从而为进一步强化提供了理论依据。
This paper studies the microstructure and properties of maraging stainless steels 00Cr12Ni9Cu2TiNb and 00Cr12Ni9Cu2TiNbBeRE by means of electron microscopy and other technique, with the emphasis on discussing the strengthening mechanisms. The result shows that precipitation hardening effect is the most marked, and the effect of dislocation density on strength of steels is of significance. Hence, it proposes a theoretical foundation for further strengthening of the steels.
