中国建设企业信息化现状调查与需求分析

A Survey and Requirement Analysis on Application of Information Technologies in Chinese Construction Enterprise

基于国家"十五"重点科技攻关项目"城市规划、建设、管理与服务数字化工程"的研究工作,通过问卷调研和统计分析,对中国建设企业信息化现状和需求进行了系统的研究。调查采用分层随机抽样的抽样方法,调查总体为我国全部二级及其以上资质的建筑企业,并采用统计分析软件SPSS进行数据分析。本文系统分析了中国建设企业信息化现状,研究总结了信息化的实际需求,提出了相应的信息化发展条件。

This research is supported by the fund from the 10th five-year plan administered by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and is aimed at grasping the general situation and requirement on the application of the information technology in the construction enterprises. A questionnaire was designed for the survey, which used stratified proportional sampling method, and the statistic analysis tool SPSS is used to analyze the responses in the collected questionnaire. Field investigation was carried out on the firms in the construction enterprises are administrated by the Ministry of Construction. This paper presents the preliminary result of the survey for the situation on the application of the information technology in the construction enterprises and analyses the related development requirements and conditions.
