摘要
大鼠和家兔暴露于50Hz、40kV/m电场中100~500小时,血清钠,钾、钙和镁无明显变化;而血清锌暴露200小时则显著降低,血清铜暴露300、400和500小时显著增高,铜/锌比值在200、300、400和500小时显著增高。结果提示血清铜/锌比值是反映工频电场对机体作用的敏感指标。
There were no apparent effects observed on the serum sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium of rats and rabbits exposed to 50 Hz 40 kV/m electric field for 100 to 500 hours. But the serum zinc was significantly decreased in animals exposed for 200 hours, and the serum copper of the animals exposed for 300, 400 and 500 hours was significantly increased and the serum copper/zinc ratio of the animals exposed for 200, 300, 400 and 500 hours was significantly increased. From the above it may be suggested that copper/zinc ratio be a sensitive index which reflects the effects of industrial frequency electric fields on exposed biological bodies.
