脑室注射促甲状腺素释放激素对脑内痛放电的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Intraventricular Injection of Thyrotropin-releasing Hormone on the Nociceptive Discharges in Mesencephalic Reticular Formation

摘要 用细胞外记录单位放电和脑室微量注射的方法,在58只大鼠的中脑网状结构(MRF)内,观察了71个痛兴奋神经元(PEN)对促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)的放电反应。结果:脑室注射TRH(10μg/10μl),引起MRF内PEN痛放电频率的显著降低;在电针“足三里”结合脑室注射TRH(10μg/10μl)的实验中,TRH加强电针抑制痛放电的效应;TRH的这种抑制作用可被脑室预先注射阿托品(5μg/10μl)所取消或明显减弱。本文对其机理进行了讨论。 Extracellulary recording method was used to examine the effect of thyrotropin-releasimg hormone (TRH) on 71 unit discharges of pain excited neurons (PEN) in mesencephalic reticular formation(MRF) of 58 rats.Intraventricular injec-ction of TRH (10μg/10μI) produced a significant decrease in pain discharge rate of PEN. TRN potentiated the inhibitory effects of electroacupuncture on pain discharges when electroacupuncture at bilateral 'Tsu-sanli' was applied in combination with intraventricular injection of TRH. These inhibiting effects of TRH could be eliminated or strikingly decreased by intraventricular preinjection of atropine. The experimental results mentioned above and the mechanism of the inhibitory effects of TRH on pain discharges were discussed in this paper.
