摘要
用全数字直流调速器及PLC改进C61125A 8米车床性能,给出并分析相关的电气原理图,改造后经实践证明,车床运行故障次数降低了90%以上,因PLC输入输出有指示,使故障判断更为简易、直观。
Lathe performance is improved by using full-digital DC speed regulating device and programmable logic controller. The related electrical elementary diagram is given and analyzed. It is proved that the failure rate of lathe operation is reduced by more than 90%. It is easier and more direct to judge the failure for the indicating device of PLD.
