摘要
研究了异烟肼与7 氯 4 硝基苯并 2 氧,3 二氮唑在甲醇介质中生成橙色缩合产物的最佳条件,并由此建立了一种间接分光光度法测量药物中异烟肼的新方法.在试验条件下,异烟肼浓度在0~6ug·ml-1范围内服从比尔定律,线性相关系数r=0 9970,方法灵敏、准确,用于药剂中异烟肼测定,结果可靠.
The paper presents that 7-chloro-4-nitrobenz-2-oxa-1,3-diazole and isoniazide can produce an orange condensation product in carbinol medium and a new determination way of isoniazide is found based on it. Under the optimum conditions for this reaction system, linear relationship between the absorbance and concentration of isoniazide in the range of 0(6ug·mol-1 per limiter of solution with a relative coefficient of 0.9970 is found. Based on these facts, a sensitive and accurate absorption photometric method for determination isoniazide is proposed and it has been satisfactorily applied to the analysis of isoniazide tablets.
