摘要
哈里斯的群体社会化理论(简称GS理论)的观点主要包括情境特殊性的社会化、文化通过群体过程传递、群体间的发展过程拓宽了群体间的差异、群体内部的发展过程同化与分化加大了群体成员之间的差异等几个方面,该理论为从事儿童青少年心理健康教育工作特别是心理咨询工作提供了新的视角。
The main viewpoints in Harris's group socialization theory (GS for short) mainly include the socialization of circumstantial particularity, the conveyance of culture through group process, the view that development process between groups has widened the disparity between groups, and the view that assimilation and dissimilation of development process within groups have widened the disparity between the members of group. The theory has provided a new perspective for juvenile psychological education, especially for psychology consultation.
