高校改革发展的关键是建设一支可持续发展的教师队伍。以人为本的管理是教师队伍建设可持续发展的有效途径,实行人本管理,改善校园文化和人际关系,促进和谐、主动、有序氛围的形成,保障高校事业的可持续发展。
The key to the reform and development of college lies in the construction of a sustainable teaching team. The management centering on human is an effective way in achieving this purpose. It is necessary to reform campus culture and interpersonal relationships so as to promote a harmonious, active and orderly environment and guarantee the sustainable development of higher education.
