Investigation of Rousseau's View of Political Liberty

“公意”是求解卢梭政治自由学说的根本所在。以公意为基础 ,卢梭不但建立起独具特色的社会契约理论 ,实现了从自然自由到政治自由的转变 ,为政治自由提供了合法依据和神圣不可侵犯性 ,而且断言人们只有在公意指导下参与社会政治生活 ,才能过一种最完美的自由生活。卢梭的积极自由观 ,与英国自由主义传统中的消极自由观相比无疑具有合理性 。

Public opinion”is the basic place in which Rousseau's view about politics liberty lies.
