摘要
以四川南充地区T型胞质新恢复系950和矮丰为父本,以T型不育系3A、41A为母本,配制了3个杂交组合,对其亲本及各分离世代的育性和非育性性状进行了遗传研究。结果表明,花粉粒活性与恢复度相关性不高。新恢复基因由2对表现重复型互作的主效基因和一些修饰基因组成,2对主效基因表现一定的超显性,修饰基因对恢复系有一定作用。恢复度、穗粒数、小花数、小穗数的遗传基本符合加性—显性—双基因互作模型,且均表现重复型互作现象。
Three cross combinations were made with two restorers carrying new male fertilityrestoring genes,950 and Aifeng,as the pollen parents and two male sterile lines withTriticum timopheevi cytoplasm,3A and 41A,as the maternal parents, and genetic analy-sis was conducted of various characters of the parents and their segregating generations.The viability of the pollen grains was not closely related to restoring degree. The new fer-tility restoring genes were found to be composed of two major genes with duplicate interac-tion and some modifier genes.The major genes exhibited a certain degree of overdomi-nance and the modifiers had some effect on the expression of the restorers.The genetic ac-tion of restoring degree,grains/ear,florets/ear and spikelets/ear could fit in with the ″ad-ditive-dominance-digenic duplicate interaction″model.
