摘要
在综述了已有的人力资源与区域经济发展关系模型的基础上,根据计量经济学理论与方法,从人力资源数量、不同产业人力资源数量和人力资源素质的角度,对大庆市人力资源状况与大庆区域经济发展的关系进行了实证研究,并提出了发展区域经济加强人力资源开发及管理的政策与建议。
In this paper, we summarize the existing models of relation between human resource and regional economy development on the basis of econometrics, positively analyzing the relation of human resource and regional economy development from the aspects of human resource quantity and quality in Daqing. Policies and advice are put forward to develope regional economy and to strengthen human resource development and management.
