摘要
采用原子力显微镜(AFM)对新开发的铁基多元纳米晶合金Fe85 2Zr3 3Nb3 5B3Si3Al1Cu1在淬火态、550℃等温退火处理10min、1h和10h的情况下进行了观察和分析,估算了退火态薄带表面的粗糙度、粗糙度与退火时间的关系以及粗糙度与表面晶粒尺寸的关系,初步探讨了退火态样品表面晶粒生长的方式和机理。
<Abstrcat> The newly developed alloy under quenched state and the annealed state ( for 10minutes, one hour and 10 hours ) is studied by means of atomic force spectroscopy ( AFM ). The surface of the annealed thin strip, its relation with the annealing time as well as the relation between the roughness and the grain size of the surface are estimated with the mechanism of grain growth at the surface of the annealed sample explored.
