江苏大学附属医院针对本院发展现状,通过转变医院管理体制,实行校地共建,极大地推动了医院的建设和发展。两年来的工作实践表明,实行校地共建改革,进一步明确了医院发展方向,提升了医院社会知名度,保障了医院建设资金,扩大了医院基本建设空间,使医院步入良性发展轨道。

In view of hospital development situation at present time, changing the traditional hospital management system tocarry out the plan of hospital building by university and local government in a cooperative way will greatly promote hospitalbuilding and development. Experience gained from hospital building in recent two years shows that, carrying out hospitalbuilding in this way further confirms the direction of hospital development and the right track the hospital is stepping on, withgreater reputation, more fund for running the hospital and greater space for basic construction.
