摘要
介绍该院实行后勤改革的做法、成效和体会。先后实行了承包经营;建立三个中心,即后勤服务中心;社区托管中心和经营服务中心。其成效一是实现了后勤管理职能与保障职能的分离;二是工作效率明显提高;三是提高了后勤人员的工作积极性;四是节约了后勤开支。
This article introduces the method, result and experience in logistics reformation conducted by the People Hospital,Yixing City. While it implements contract for marketing and sets up logistic service center, community trustee center andmarketing service center, this hospital has achieved the following: a. Realized the separation of logistic management function fromthe guarantee function. b. Raised working efficiency obviously. c. Promoted the working enthusiasm of logistic staff members. d.Cut down the logistic expenditure.
