摘要 本文介绍绩效、绩效评估与绩效管理的涵义,以及绩效、绩效评估与绩效管理的历史和发展状况,旨对我国建立医院绩效评价体系起借鉴作用。 This article introduces the significance of hospital result & proficiency, its assessment and management, the historyand present situation. The purpose of this article is to use the experience gained as a reference in setting up a system for hospitalachievement assessment.
