摘要
考察了不同温度下芳香基中间相沥青带形截面纤维的纺制,发现303℃为最佳的纺丝温度。通过分析 带形截面中间相沥青基纤维的氧化热失重图,确定其不熔化阶段升温制度。并且对比了带形与圆形截面中间 相沥青纤维在不同条件下得到的不熔化纤维的红外谱图,分析了它们在不熔化过程中各基团的变化。证明带 形纤维在300℃就能达到适度的不熔化效果,即在此温度下,带形不熔化纤维在一定压力下具有自粘结性而 不破坏纤维的基本取向结构。圆形纤维在360℃不熔化才能达到同样效果。
The best spinning temperature in given pressure and spinning velocity are determined in 303℃for a nwe naphthyl - based mesophase pitches. By means of oxidation themal gravity (TG) on new ribbon-shaped mesophase pitch-based fibers,its system of increasing temperature in thermal-oxidized stabilization process was estabilished. And change of some functional groups in thermal-oxidized stabilization process was analyzed from comparing 1R of ribbon - shaped stabilized fibers in different condition with it of round-shaped fibers. It shows that proper stabilization for ribbon-shaped mesophase pitch-based fibers in 300℃ could reach better effect,viz. oriented structure of these fibers don't destroyed in given pressure and are provided with property of self - adhesive. However, similar stabilized effect for round - shaped fibers is present in 360℃.
