TUNEL法检测重组vMIP-Ⅱ对SIV感染模型淋巴细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨TUNEL技术检测的vMIP -Ⅱ对SIV感染的猴淋巴组织中淋巴细胞凋亡的影响是否与其引起的感染淋巴组织中细胞的增殖有关。方法 取 3个剂量组的vMIP -Ⅱ注射治疗后的SIV感染模型的淋巴组织标本 ,用TUNEL法检测每个剂量组动物模型淋巴细胞凋亡率。结果 vMIP -Ⅱ治疗的 3个剂量组与实验对照组相比、组间相比细胞凋亡率无显著性差异 (P >0 . 0 5 )。结论  3个剂量组的vMIP Ⅱ对SIV感染后的猴淋巴组织淋巴细胞凋亡无影响 ,但药物剂量与细胞凋亡率却呈负相关。 Objective To discuss whether the effect of vMIP-Ⅱ on adenoid lymphocytes apoptosis of SIV infection medols relates to proliferation of the infection lymphocytes in the lymph tissues by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated DUTP nick end labeling method.Methods Adopt SIV infection models'adenoid samples after three dose groups vMIP-Ⅱ injection,and examine the apoptosis rate of every group by TUNEL method.Results There are not differences between the blank group and three dose groups after vMIP-Ⅱ treatment,neither the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Three dose group vMIP-Ⅱ have no effect on simian adenoid lymphocytes apoptosis,but the doses of drug and the cell apoptosis present negative correlation.
