Several Crucial Problems Must Be Solved if CPC Sticks to Ruling under Law

笔者认为,党要坚持依法执政,必须要从根本上解决三个关键性的问题:一是要解决治国理政依据与依法执政要求相适应的问题,二是要解决国家权力运行方式与宪法规定相统一的问题,三是要解决宪法监督制度对党的执政活动相适用的问题。

The author thinks that three crucial problems must be solved if CPC sticks to rule under law.Firstly,the basis which the Party governs nation should be fit to the demand of ruling under law.Secondly,the moving mode of country power should be identical with that given by law.Thirdly,The supervision of constitution should apply to the Party’s activities.
